Jamie Millard is an Executive Partner and co-founder of Lexington Leadership Partners. For over 25 years, Jamie has developed executives and leaders to step up to address business challenges, and to mobilize others to action through a shared sense of purpose, personal accountability, commitment and determination to achieve business results. Jamie is particularly skilled in developing leaders to launch strategic initiatives, lead complex business transformations, and manage change. Jamie has in-depth experience working with professional services firms, technology/engineering/manufacturing companies, and health care organizations. He has been actively involved across the globe as a business leader, executive coach, group facilitator, trainer, keynote presenter and leadership consultant.
Jamie holds a BS degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Jamie is a National Advisor for Chapters for the American Society for Training and Development. Jamie and his wife Ann live in New England, where he is an active jogger, musician and sailor.

Gus Murby is an Executive Partner and co-founder of Lexington Leadership Partners. For over 25 years, Gus has worked with clients to develop their leadership and management skills, and to help them apply those skills to improve their organization’s performance. Gus has deep experience working with technical organizations, as well as professional service organizations, helping them carry out projects more effectively; improve the effectiveness of their teams; accelerate organizational change; and improve work processes. In carrying out these activities, Gus has played a number of roles, from training program designer/developer/facilitator, to individual and team coach, to shadow project manager and business adviser.
Gus holds a B.S degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and a Master in Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is a member of the Service Academy Business Network and the Boston Facilitator’s Roundtable. Gus and his family live outside of Boston, where he is active in local government as a member of his town’s Warrant Committee, and serves on the Troop Committee of his local Boy Scout troop.
